I help goal oriented busy women (and some really cool men) find more time for what really matters.

By offering the tools, support, and the occasional dose of potty-mouthed honesty we clarify what brings her joy, get her prioritizing with confidence, cutting the fat from her schedule, and acting according to her values in order to accomplish more with ease and excitement.

My name is Sharon Freedman and I've been coaching people on things like time management and focus for years. The theme always managed to remain the same for every client, I just don't have enough time to take care of all the things that are important to me.

That’s why I started:

Stress Reduction Joy Production

I realized that a natural gift I have is helping busy people cut the BS out of their lives to make more room (and time) for the things that really matter.

A Little Back Story…

I’ve been a professional actor and voiceover artist for the past 15 years.  There is nothing I enjoy more than tapping into my own creativity and the creativity of others and making something together.

About five years ago I was feeling a bit aimless and frustrated that I wasn’t giving back enough in the world so, I asked my two best friends if they had any ideas.  Without skipping a beat they simultaneously said, “You should be a life coach, it’s what you do for everyone already." I happened to be working with a career coach who directed me to the program where she trained.

Enter, The Coaches Training Institute. The program opened up new possibilities for my life and clarified what I had to offer.  I finally had tools and techniques to help people get moving towards what they really desired.

2013 was the hardest year of my life to date.  The stress, pain, and overwhelm I experienced felt like it was too much for me to handle and I looked death right in the eyes.  After a long and hard-fought battle I came out victorious.  This was in large part due to the abundance of mindfulness techniques I learned and practiced daily in order to help me handle stressful situations, get clear on my priorities and take bold action toward making real and lasting change in my life.

I am grateful to have had amazing mentors, coaches, and teachers in my life and I feel like part of my life’s purpose is to pay it forward and share what I have been lucky enough to learn. I’m really good at seeing the big picture, coming up with creative possibilities, and breaking things down into an easy to understand and easy to execute plan, and I find doing that to be so much fun!
