THE WHAT: This is the deep dive coaching plan that will create, massive shifts, lasting change, and a sustainable way of continuing to focus on that matters and not get lost in the day to day shuffle.
THE WHO: The woman who wants a serious life change, and is ready to invest her time energy and money into the process of rewriting the old story of "I can't cuz I don't have time" to "I can because it's important to me."
THE HOW: We’ll connect twice a month over the phone to assess where you are, celebrate your successes, eliminate your obstacles, and keep you moving forward in a fun and inspired way. This is an ongoing coaching partnership with a minimum of three months together. I’m 100% available to you through e-mail between our sessions. That way you’ll never lose momentum. In fact, I want you to keep in touch with me. Accountability is a key part of our work together.
I keep my private coaching list small because I'm committed to being your coach the entire time we work together, not just during our sessions.

YOU ARE MY CLIENT IF:
1. You are 100% willing to believe in yourself and believe in this process. I want to work with people who are ready and open to co-creating something new. I’m not here to convince anyone that it’s time to change things up.
2. You are serious about investing in yourself. I don't want anybody to do something that doesn't feel comfortable to them. So, please dive in when you are serious and in a position to invest in yourself for, at least, the next three months.
3. You will keep your word and follow through. Don’t worry, I’m not going to give you unreasonable amounts of “homework”. This is about changing up the way you’re currently doing things and the only way to really do that is to walk your talk.
4. You are willing to take personal risks and try things even though it isn’t in your current comfort zone. I may challenge you to actually do that thing you tell me you would LOVE to do even though it feels scary, or to take an honest look at what’s keeping you stuck, or I might even ask you to get up and dance a little during our session. It’s all in the spirit of creating transformation.
