I help goal oriented busy women (and some really cool men) find more time for what really matters.

By offering the tools, support, and the occasional dose of potty-mouthed honesty we clarify what brings her joy, get her prioritizing with confidence, cutting the fat from her schedule, and acting according to her values in order to accomplish more with ease and excitement.

Do you define your worth on what you do as opposed to who you are?

If so, of course, you never allow yourself to have a single second of down time because you’re afraid that if you’re not doing anything you’d be invisible? I hear you. You are not alone. We’ve got your back.

If you’d like to feel on the inside like the happy, confident, got it all together person that you’re managing to look like on the outside, you’ve come to the right place. It’s time to kick that feeling of being an impostor to the curb.

Think about it, no super successful person manages everything on their own. They have trusted advisors, employees, partners, teammates, band members, and posses of friends.

I created the Conscious Movers & Shakers community so you won’t feel the need to prove that you’re superhuman anymore.

If you’re anything like me, when someone invites you to a networking event you start to feel kinda nauseous and immediately want to walk in the other direction.

But if someone invites you to a backyard BBQ you’re instantly looking forward to the idea of grilled food, cold drinks, and hanging out.

Now imagine that everyone at the BBQ is super interesting because they are doing things that mean a lot to them, are authentic about the fact that sometimes things get really tough, and have all kinds of ideas that inspire you to step up your game.

This is a space for you to practice asking for what you need, celebrate that you’re imperfect, and push yourself to follow through and do things that feel hard.

So, if you’re down for joining a community of fun, smart, and driven women (and some really cool men) who are all committed to owning their awesomeness enter your email and we’ll send you all of the details.
