MY WHY...

After 6 years of only doing private sessions I've decided to create something a little different.

I've struggled in the past with the best way to clearly explain what I do as a coach. I've felt that telling someone that we're going to change her negative story around never being where she wants to be in life (career, relationships, body, money etc), awaken her inner self worth, and get really clear about how she's going to live fully in her life purpose wasn't enough. Of course that's enough, Sharon. That's the foundation for a life overflowing with success and joy. (Note to self: continue trusting your gut).

I went hiking in Yosemite National Park with one of my best friends. The weather was perfect, we had our water bottles, walking shoes, and hats and were ready to hike up to the footbridge and then take The Mist Trail 1.5 miles to see Vernal Fall. This wasn’t your average mile and a half hike. We were walking up 1,000 ft to an altitude of 5,000 ft. That’s my way of letting you know that I wasn’t totally off my game for stopping on the side to catch my breath a couple of times. It was a tiny blow to my ego when on numerous occasions, I’m pretty sure, a couple of people twice my age jogged past me as I was gripping a rock.
