Breathe Deeply

I often say, “Your breath has got your back”. 

What I mean by that is that whenever you start spinning in a whirlwind of thoughts, and emotions, and memories, and future predictions the easiest thing to do to release some of that stress and anxiety immediately is focus on your breath. Your breath will ALWAYS be there and the simple act of focusing on it will force you to get out of your head and become present in this exact moment. 

Not to mention the endless benefits of deep breathing.  Here are 18. So, if focusing on breathing deeply can release physical and emotional pain, make you stronger, thinner and healthier shouldn’t you be doing it all the time. I’m just sayin’
