I help goal oriented busy women (and some really cool men) find more time for what really matters.

By offering the tools, support, and the occasional dose of potty-mouthed honesty we clarify what brings her joy, get her prioritizing with confidence, cutting the fat from her schedule, and acting according to her values in order to accomplish more with ease and excitement.

2) What are you passionate about helping people do better?

Design your future!

I help people leverage their web presence. My work is a combination of coaching, digital strategy and design.

My team and I align your online presence with your offline goals (and, if you know it… purpose in life).

We shape your brand, Google results, website results and daily social media and email impressions.

We’re about finding a web presence that works for you—not just your comfort zone, but a 24/7 international representation creating offline results. :)

3) What would you say is the secret to making more time for the things that really matter?

You have to have clarity on what really matters! The first step is knowing your values and priorities… I attach that to purpose.

Then, you must schedule time for those things that matter. This makes it easier to politely say no, because you have “another appointment” already scheduled.

The real secret is that your dreams and goals need to have action plans, then scheduled blocks of time for the necessary tasks! What gets scheduled, gets done—as long as you have the diligence, discipline and work ethic to utilize the time you “make” for yourself.

I do have some awesome apps, tools and systems that save me time listed on my Resource Guide. Click here to get a copy.

4) If you could pull back the curtain for a sec, what's something that we'd be surprised to learn about you?

I think people would be surprised by my priority for creating offline balance.

Despite being a digital dork, I don’t want to be tethered to notifications or 24/7 access. I do my best to “shut down” and spend quality time with the important people in my life—my boyfriend, dog and friends.

5) What's your next big thing?

I’m currently developing a membership website for more online courses that will start as in-person workshops in NYC!

I’m also writing a book. It’s a total chore. I’ve been speaking about it, but resisting the work for years. Now, I’m forcing myself to write a little every morning and on Sundays. I’m also sharing it here for the extra accountability. Holla!

6) Give us one last word that sums it all up.

I have to choose one?! I’ll say…

Power.
You have the ability to make things happen for yourself.

My second choice?
Thanks!

Thanks so much for this feature, Sharon-and thank you for reading. : )
